NOTES ABOUT WEIGHT ROOM THIS SUMMER:
1 - WEIGHT ROOM HOURS DIVIDED INTO SESSIONS, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH SESSION YOU ATTEND, IT CAN EVEN CHANGE FROM DAY TO DAY
2 - THE KEY, OR IMPORTANT FACTOR, IS SHOW UP AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION, TO MAXIMIZE TIME IN THE WEIGHT ROOM, PRIOR TO THE SPRINTING/SPEED SESSION
3 - MAXIMIZE TIME IN WEIGHT ROOM - BECOME A BETTER ATHLETE!!!!
4 - HOURS OF THE WEIGHT ROOM:
MONDAY - THURSDAY (AM)
SESSION 1: 7:30-8:30 AM 8:30-8:45 SPRINTING/DRILLS
SESSION 2: 8:45-9:45 AM 9:45-10:00 SPRINTING/DRILLS
DAYS THE WEIGHT ROOM IS OFFICIALLY OPEN:
FIRST DAY OPEN: JUNE 1ST, TUESDAY
REGULAR HOURS: JUNE 2-3 (WEDNESDAY – THURSDAY)

JUNE 28-JULY 1
(CLOSED) AM OF JULY 5, MONDAY (JULY 4 ON A SUNDAY)

MONDAY’S LIFTING SPEED DRILLS (FORM RUNS)
TUESDAY’S LIFTING FLYING 10’s
WEDNESDAY’S LIFTING SPEED DRILLS (EX: WICKETS, CAT JUMPS, ETC….)
THURSDAY’S LIFTING 20’s
(EVERY OTHER WEEK – 40s, INSTEAD OF 20s)
