We will be hosting summer weight lifting for all incoming 7th grade through 12th grade students. Below is additional information:
-Tuesday, May 31st – 1st day of weight lifting
-Weight room will be open 5 days a week
-Weight room will open at 7:30am with running/agilities starting at 8:15-8:30.
-2nd weight lifting session will start at 8:30am for any students who could not make the 7:30am session
-A weight lifting summer calendar will be sent home with all weight lifting students
-Mr. Friesen and Mr. Adkin’s will be running the summer weight program
